Easy Blueberry Mango Smoothie Recipe

There is nothing quite as refreshing as a fruit smoothie on a hot summer day. The nutrition team at South Shore Hospital recommends this delicious blend of fruit, Greek yogurt, and the milk of your choice to leave you feeling your best!

 Making a smoothie is a great way to stay healthy on the go. You can customize it however you’d like. By adding super foods like hemp seed or chia seeds you are also able to maximize the health benefits while you enjoy your smoothie. Give it a try!

Blueberry smoothie 

Serves: 2


1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup mango chunks
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or lowfat)
1/4 cup  skim milk, vanilla soy milk, almond milk, or water



  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend at high speed until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.


If you don’t have frozen berries, you can use fresh berries and add some ice cubes. You can also place the smoothie in the freezer for later—just give it time to thaw before drinking.
